Driver’s Age: Drivers must be at least 23 years old .

Driver’s License: The driver must have European or international driving license for the corresponding class of vehicle, be valid and have been issued in the country of residence of the renter at least one year prior to the rental date.

Minimum Rental Period: One (1) day (24) hours. Any delay to the due delivery time of more than 2 hours is charged with one additional day.

Condition of the vehicle: A description of the condition of the Vehicle will be given to you at the same time as the rental agreement. You have to return the Vehicle in the same condition as it was provided at the start of the rental.

Traffic Fines: Tickets and attached administrative sanctions resulting for any violation of the Greek Traffic Low during rental period are born solely by the renter.

Taxes: Prices are included V.A.T. and public taxes.

Additional Driver: 2€/day

Gasoline: Gasoline consumption is payable by the renter.
Refuelling Service Charge: 15€

Baby Seats: 2€/day

Insurance: The vehicle is insured only for the third party. The renter is liable for any damages caused on the vehicle by him/her or by others while in his/her possession.
Collision damage waiver CDW: The renter can limit his liability for his legal participation in every damage to the vehicle ,if he pays the specific extra fee  per day of rental.

ATTENTION: There is no insurance coverage if the driver is under the influence of alcohol, any kind of drugs or commits any traffic violations. Driver is liable for all parking and traffic violations during the rental period. Absolutely no vehicle is allowed to be driven in sand, on the beach, in dry lakes or off roads.

Road Assistance: Is provided only on the island of Paros

Unlimited kilometers.

Shipping of Cars and Motos: Allowed only with written authorization by Rigas Paros rent a car.

Availability: Car models are according to original planning. Delivery problems however, may compel us to supply another vehicle in exceptional cases.
